What happens during a lead inspection?

Visual Inspection:  Our technicians will inspect your property for paint chips, dust and paint that is chipping, peeling or chalking.  After a thorough inspection, if the paint is intact our technicians will proceed to take dust sampling.

Dust Sampling: Our technicians will take two samples per bedroom and two samples from a common area as required by the EPA.

Lab Analysis:  Your samples will be sent individually to an EPA approved lab.  Not all together as some companies may do.  As a result, you will know which specific room failed and not have to retest the entire house or apartment.
